Any event held at a location other than a library building is a "Community Event"
This field is not required, but helpful if your event is targeted to a specific age-range.
Event Date
This is the date and time that you would like listed on the public calendar for your event.

Please check the library's hours to ensure we will be open on your requested event day/time.

Room Needed
This is the full time for which you would like to reserve the room, taking into account set-up and clean-up time. For example, if your event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 and end at 7:30, you may want to request the meeting room for 6:00 until 8:00.

Empty 'To date' values will use the 'From date' values.
Event Information
Please choose the room(s) you wish to use.
Room A has access to the projection screen and ceiling-mounted projector.
Room B is accessible by double doors leading from the lower lobby area.
Both rooms have access to the kitchenette.

Use of the Meeting Room
On the day of your event, you MUST pick up an Exit Procedure form at the Help Desk prior to event setup.

Use of the meeting room facilities is free of charge, however, if you wish to make a donation to the library to help cover operation/maintenance of the facilities, you may do so online, by mail, or include a donation with your signed Exit Procedure form at the conclusion of your event. Donations may be mailed to The Holmes County District Public Library, Attn: Fiscal Officer, 3102 Glen Drive, Millersburg, OH 44654.
