Michele's Top 5 Favorite Science Experiment Websites
1. Steve Spangler Science Steve always has a great science experiment up his sleeve. Check out his website for a variety of cool experiments, complete with step-by-step instructions and explanations on the hows and whys.
2. Science Buddies is an excellent website with thousands of experiments to choose from. Search by subject or by grade level and difficulty.
3. Zoom Activities - PBSKids.org. The Zoom Activities website provides a great list of experiments divided by subject. The directions are easy to follow and allows children to submit comments on the outcomes of their experiments.
4. Science Fair Central - The Discovery Channel. This is a great site with information for getting started, science fair projects ideas and science fair presentations.
5. Internet Public Library Kidspace: Science Fair Project Resource Guide. This site is filled with everything you need to know to prepare, conduct and exhibit your science fair project.
